1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tp77 platform (https://tp77.lat) and all services connected to it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("user" or "member") and the authority operating tp77.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are giving your full consent to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

tp77 is an online gaming platform designed specifically for users in Bangladesh. It offers cricket betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and other entertainment gaming services.

1.1 Applicable Law

International online gaming regulations are followed in the interpretation and application of these Terms. In the event of any dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve it through discussion.

1.2 Language

The original version of these Terms is written in Bengali. Any translation into another language is provided only for the convenience of users; in the event of a dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the tp77 platform and participate in any game, the user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. tp77 may request identification documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one active account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses received will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration — full name, date of birth, contact details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our security policy, tp77 may request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed if the KYC process is not completed.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login details with anyone else.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. However, if you promptly report any suspicious activity to us, we will cooperate in the investigation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are currently accepted for depositing funds at tp77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (applicable for all methods).
• Provide the correct reference and payment details when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• tp77 does not charge any additional fees for deposit transactions, however your payment provider may charge a fee.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Account verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to registered and verified payment methods.
• The deposit and withdrawal method must be the same.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions and processing may be delayed.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive the bonus.
• To make the bonus withdrawable, the wagering requirement must be met: bets totalling 10 times (10x) the bonus amount must be placed.
• Wagering must be completed within a set time period after receiving the bonus.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — see the promotions page for the list of eligible games.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

Separate terms and conditions will apply to regular promotions, reload bonuses, and special event offers, which will be clearly stated with each offer.

5.3 VIP Program

tp77 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on activity and dedication to the platform. Wagering requirements also apply to cashback bonuses.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, providing false information, or other fraudulent activities are punishable offences. In such cases, all bonuses will be cancelled and the account will be permanently closed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet once confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled. After an event begins, bets will be settled based on the outcome of the event.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a bet or game result is affected by a system outage, network issue, or game engine error, tp77 reserves the right to void the bet and issue a refund where applicable.

6.3 Fair Play

All our games are verified and operated by a fair random number generator (RNG). Results are not predetermined and are free from any external manipulation.

6.4 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits may vary for different games and events. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. tp77 reserves the right to hold transactions for review in the case of unusually high bets.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tp77 platform:

• Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to clean funds from illegal sources.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Harassing, intimidating, or insulting other users.
• Creating an account under a false identity or using another person's identity.
• Using a third-party account or payment method.

Violating any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Reverse engineering or decompiling the platform is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tp77 is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Losses caused by faults in third-party software or services.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access or cyber attacks, provided tp77 has taken reasonable security measures.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or mistakes.
• Profits or earnings expected from gaming but not received.

In any case, tp77's total liability will never exceed the user's actual deposited balance.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 tp77's Rights

tp77 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a violation of these Terms and Conditions is established.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If identity verification fails or providing false information is established.
• On the instruction of law enforcement authorities.

11.2 User's Rights

A user may request the closure of their account at any time. If a valid balance exists at the time of closure and no violation of terms has occurred, it will be paid out.

12.1 Right to Make Changes

tp77 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. After any change, it will be published on the platform and, where possible, communicated to the registered email address.

If you continue using the platform after any change, you will automatically be considered to have agreed to the new terms.
